It has been a crazy week and I have had no time to write my blog posts about our vacay!!! We official moved into our new apartment and we are SO happy. I will post pics as soon as everything is set up : )
Costa Rica
I love going on vacation because it’s an excuse to get some cute attire… right?! This outfit was one of my favorites during our trip. I felt so fancy in my Miss It Girl heels and Boutique Amore zip jacket! I don’t wear all black very often so I loved having the gold zipper to add some detail.
I have been wanting to visit Costa Rica for a few years now, especially since my cousin has lived there for about 10 years. My husband had a few days off for thanksgiving so we decided to pack up and head to paradise. Our trip was 10 days long and we were able to see so many incredible places.
If you decided to visit and want to explore the country ( go sight seeing) I would recommend at least a week for your stay. If you want to just lay on the beach or visit a resort a few days would be perfect. My favorite part about Costa Rica was the fruit ….. so fresh and sweet. I’ll share a little bit about those in my next posts with some smoothie ideas.
This hotel we stayed at was called Villas Lirio and it was divine. You literally feel like you are in the Jungle and away from civilization. We were able to hear all sorts of animals and birds as we walked around and explored. Sadly we only stayed there for one night… but it was a resonable price and an awesome environment. The best part of this hotel was the location! It is so close to the beach and great places to eat.
In my next blog post about Costa Rica, I will talk about the beach/national park we visited in Jaco and where we went to eat. Make sure to keep and eye out for it!!! Cant wait to share details and itenary from our trip.
