I have recently come across Blue Apron and for those of you who have never heard of it, it’s a food service that delivers delicious recipes and all of the ingredients weekly to your front door. It’s awesome because the ingredients are always fresh and the meals are basically gourmet. It comes in a refrigerated box so even if it arrives when you are at work or out for the day, the ingredients stay fresh!
I have never been a big fan of the grocery store especially when I need specific items for a meal, but don’t want to buy a whole box of that ingredient. Blue apron provides you with the exact amount of ginger, soy sauce, lemons, etc that you need to make the meal. Another plus is that each serving is only 500-700 calories and they never repeat meals in the same year.
They send three meals each week and they’re all so yummy and easy to make! You can personalize your order by choosing either 2-person or family plans and if you have any dietary preferences you can even personalize the menus you receive! I love Blue Apron because it makes me try meals that I otherwise wouldn’t ever think of making and it gives me more options when I run out of ideas for dinner. I was so happy that it came with an easy, step-by-step instruction card of how to make the meal and it’s a huge time saver for those of you who don’t have much time to go to the store to buy ingredients and do all of the food prep. I’m already planning on remaking quite of few of the meals.
